Hi babies! Summer is in full effect and what better way to cool down than homemade popsicles (and hanging out at a pool all day, that helps too). One of my besties @teaandveggies and I decided to make some diy coconut milk honey lavender popsicles while I was home in Canada recently. They were super easy to make, yummy and healthy - see ingredients + directions below:
1 can full fat coconut milk
2 Tbsp of honey
1 Tbsp dried lavender
1 Tbsp ginger sliced
1 popsicle mold (ordered from Amazon)
1. Whisk ingredients in a pot and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes
2. Strain mixture and remove lavender leaves and ginger
3. Add in a natural food dye to get the blue or forgo this for all white popsicles
4. Pour into popsicle mold and freeze for at least 3 hours.
Makes approx 8-10 servings. Enjoy my loves!
